Shipping policy

We ship from the United Kingdom to customers in the UK. We do not currently ship to other countries from this store. If you are based outside the UK, you can buy the same product from our Amazon listing in your market.

Where we ship

United Kingdom 2 to 4 working days Free, no minimum

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

When we ship

Orders placed before 1pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day.

You will get a dispatch email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us. If you have not had a dispatch email within two working days of placing your order, please email info@oatologystore.com and we will sort it.

Customs and taxes

VAT is included in the price you see at checkout. No further charges on delivery.

Wrong address or missed delivery

If the courier marks the parcel as undeliverable because the address is wrong or there is nobody to receive it, the parcel returns to us. We will email you to confirm a new address. Reshipping is free for the first attempt.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived 10 working days after dispatch, treat it as lost and email info@oatologystore.com. We will either resend or refund, your choice.

If the parcel arrives and the jar is broken or the spoon is missing, take a photo and email info@oatologystore.com. We will send a replacement. You do not need to return the broken jar.
